Meet Stacy Mueller, an experienced and passionate member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. She brings over 22 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to her role. Stacy received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi in 2003 and has an advanced certification in Sensory Integration and Praxis from the University of Southern California, consisting of over 120 contact hours and instruction by those trained by Dr. A. Jean Ayers. Stacy also holds certifications in Handwriting Without Tears, Interactive Metronome, and CPR in addition to extensive training in aquatic therapy, therapeutic listening, and Autism. She is a proud member of NBCOT and is excited to expand her expertise with certifications in Dyslexia and Low Vision Therapy.

Meet Morgan Rayner, a valued member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and her master’s degree from the University of Memphis. Morgan holds certifications in CPR, behavior management, and feeding, and is a proud member of ASHA. She’s excited about continuing her professional development with an interest in pursuing certification in myofunctional therapy.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, attending Grizzlies and Mississippi State games, and spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved dog, Rowdy.

Meet Sarah O. Hedden, a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Sarah brings her expertise and compassionate approach to her work, with certifications in CPR and behavior and defiance training. She is also a proud member of ASHA and is interested in further advancing her skills with certifications in BCS-S or BCS-CL.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her family, being outdoors with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Weller, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Sarah's favorite part of her job at Simple Strokes is the community she feels with her colleagues and the opportunity to connect with families and empower children to meet their goals. Sarah loves the daily opportunity to support a child’s journey to connect with the world around them. Meet Madison Dulin, a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Madison received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Mississippi. She is a published author of a research journal article addressing literacy and language development in young children with Down Syndrome. She holds an ASHA Certification and is passionate about helping children grow and reach new milestones. She is excited to pursue further certifications in feeding and behavioral training to enhance her skills and provide the best possible care for the families she serves.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her two kids (Chandler-5, Thomas-2), doing crafts, and participating in various activities that allow her to bond with them.
Her favorite part of working at Simple Strokes is the opportunity to serve her families on a weekly basis and watching their children accomplish new skills as they learn and grow. Madison loves collaborating with her team to provide the best care for the kids in their therapy journey. Madison is grateful for the chance to serve her families and is excited to continue growing alongside her team to make a positive impact in the lives of the children at Simple Strokes Therapy.
Montana Hardy is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. She brings a warm, team-oriented approach to her role. Montana has earned certifications in CPR and Defiance/Disruptive Behaviors, with plans to pursue a Modalities Certification to further enhance her skills.
Outside of her professional life, Montana enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Whether hunting, reading, or cheering on her favorite team, the Tennessee Volunteers, Montana’s passions extend far beyond work. She values family and the opportunity to support others in achieving their goals.

Haleigh is a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. She brings a positive and energetic attitude to the workplace. She’s a proud member of TNOTA and is eager to gain certifications and further her knowledge in aquatic therapy and primitive reflex integration.
Outside of work, Haleigh values quality time with her husband and their family. You will most often find her playing pickleball with her husband, watching sports, and spending time outside with her dog.
Haleigh’s favorite thing about working at Simple Strokes is the opportunity to build strong relationships with the children and families that she has the privilege of working with. Haleigh loves celebrate all the growth and achievement with the families that she works with. Samantha is a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a passion for helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. With certifications in CPR and membership in both the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their practice. She has been an energetic and dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team for the past 13 years and is always ready to assist and bring her positive attitude to every aspect of her role. She has a passion for helping others in all departments and enjoys contributing wherever she is needed and supporting the team.
Holding a degree in Healthcare Administration, Samantha combines clinical skills with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and management. This unique blend of qualifications allows her to provide comprehensive care and contribute to the efficient operation of healthcare facilities. She is also eager to expand her knowledge with certifications in Reflexes, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), and Aquatics to further enhance her skill set.
Outside of their professional life, Samantha enjoys staying active through tennis, working out, and running a small t-shirt business. Music and relaxing on patios are some of her favorite ways to unwind. As a proud supporter of the Ole Miss Rebels, Samantha brings the same enthusiasm and team spirit to their work, always striving to support and uplift their clients.
Meet Anna Rung a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Anna has attended training on Defiant and Obstructive Behaviors and Pediatric Feeding Techniques at the MSOTA conference, and she is a proud member of MSOTA and AOTA. She is also eager to pursue further certifications in areas such as handwriting, behavioral strategies, and feeding.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys shopping, going on trips, and spending quality time with her family.
Anna’s favorite part of her role at Simple Strokes is the relationships she has built with both her coworkers and the families she works with. She appreciates the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and bounce ideas off one another to provide the best care possible for the kids she serves.
Meet Madison Ruth, a passionate member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Madison has experience with various therapeutic techniques including Aquatic Therapy, Neuro-developmental Treatment, Toe-walking, Torticollis, Adaptive Equipment Management, and has worked with children with Neuromuscular Conditions, Autism, and Developmental Delay. She is eager to expand her expertise with certifications in Serial Casting, AquaStretch, and TASES.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys walking and talking with friends, going on weekend trips, baking, and savoring a coffee on the porch.

Meet Kari Freudenberg, a valued member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Kari is CPR Certified and is eager to further her expertise with certifications in DMI and Pediatric Advanced Proficiency. She splits her time between the school and clinic setting, helping children reach their movement goals and cheering them on every step of the way.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time at the lake relaxing and soaking in the sun. She shares her life with her husband and is a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and two dogs.

Meet Callie Claire Watts (aka C.C.), a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. Callie Claire received her bachelor's from the University of Mississippi and her master’s from Samford University. She strives to use her knowledge and experience to open the doors of communication for all of her clients.
Outside of work, Callie Claire enjoys trying her hand at gardening, cheering on the Ole Miss football team, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with family.
Callie Claire's favorite part of her job at Simple Strokes is the spirit of collaboration with her coworkers. The Simple Strokes team is always willing to put their heads together to ensure that they are providing the best patient care possible. Callie Claire also finds satisfaction in watching her patients progress towards their individual goals!
Lisa is a certified Speech Language Pathologist with over 30 years' experience serving both pediatric and adult patients. She received her bachelor's degree at Delta State University and her master's degree at the University of Mississippi. Lisa joined the Simple Strokes Therapy team in August 2024 after retiring from Desoto County Schools in May 2024. Lisa was part of the DCS Preschool Assessment Team conducting special needs evaluations for eligibility determination for children ages 3-5 years old. Previous positions during her time with DCS include Lead SLP and staff SLP for Hernando Hills Elementary School. Lisa is also experienced in adult rehabilitation and previously worked with Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto Rehabilitation Unit for 31 years. Lisa is interested in speech sound disorders which include phonological disorders and apraxia of speech. She has attended numerous professional development classes to further gain knowledge and best practices in these areas.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and walking her two Goldendoodles, Bella and Hank. She also participates in strength training, pickleball, and Taebo. She and her husband love teaching Bible class on Wednesday nights to the elementary class.
Lisa’s favorite part of her job is engaging with parents and coaching them on ways to improve communication with their child. It is so exciting and rewarding to me when the parent expresses that their child is making progress and that other family members can understand them.
Meet Crystal Holley, a dedicated and compassionate member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team for over 13 years. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the families she works with. She is CPR Certified and is always looking to provide excellent care and support.
Outside of work, Crystal loves spending quality time with her kids, cherishing the moments spent with family. When it comes to downtime, her favorite place to shop is HomeGoods, and she loves a good Capri Blue scent to keep her space feeling fresh.
Crystal’s favorite part of her job at Simple Strokes is meeting new families and watching them grow, celebrating each milestone along the way. She finds great joy in helping families reach their goals and seeing their progress firsthand.
Meet Rachel Smith, a dedicated member of the Simple Strokes Therapy team. While Rachel doesn't have certifications yet, she’s always looking to expand her knowledge. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and being outdoors—whether it’s hunting, hiking, or gardening. She also has a creative side, loving activities like rehabbing wood furniture, working on various DIY projects and she also has recently started her own custom candle business, Strong Heart Candle Co.
Rachel’s favorite part of her job is seeing the progress of the kids she works with. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch the children grow and reach new milestones.
